Park Bench | Game-Ready Prop, One Material

Game-ready park bench, textured entirely around a single hand-packed trim atlas.

The whole prop runs on one material and three 4K maps. Rather than unwrapping every part uniquely or letting an auto-packer fill the sheet, the layout is authored by hand: the wooden slats share one tiling trim strip across the top of the atlas, the cast iron frame is packed into the space below it, and every mirrored part is stacked onto its counterpart so it costs no texture space at all.

The wood was transferred from a tiling material straight into the trim. The iron frame was baked from a 2.58M-triangle high poly, carrying its procedural edge wear and rust down onto the game mesh.
